New Technicians have had only couple options when it comes to getting trained after high school.

The Cheapest and slowest way is a Community College program that is typically 6 semisters over 24 months that you will have to come and go everyday and take courses with non automotive students in math and english. Mostly because the School needs to meet obligations for student getting federal finacial aide. You can only start class usually 3 times a year.
Adavnce placement is available at some schools but you will still need to attend over a period of 24 months in order to compllete. Everyone in class starts at same level no matter if they have completed a 2 year program, been working on mechanical things since the were children no of that is usually taking in condideration when it come to what they teach and what you will learn. Typical Cost of Tution and Travel epense over 24 months and still looking at least 10K-15K.

Take that number and times it by 4 if you plan to attend one of the Private Schools that you see advertsing on TV. Tution will run 40-65K plus living expenses.

Our Tution and 2 year Support Package is $4950 with AOCA Lube Tech module. $3650 without
Add Ons include a week of Hunter Alignment School $950.
Lincoln Electric Welding 101 $1250

The best smaller schools fill up and typically will not accomadate more than 30-40 students per semister. Larger schools will graduate upto 1000 student per semister where you have worked on cutaway and simulators most of the time because of so many students.
